K-12 Enrollment Documents
Parents or guardians must provide the following:
- Completed application
- Immunization record or religious exemption
- Current physical examination
- Birth certificate
- Previous school records, which may be uploaded or brought to the school
- Scholarship award letter, if applicable
- Payment of the application fee, curriculum fee, and first week’s tuition
Scholarship Students: The scholarship award letter must be emailed to the school, uploaded while completing the application, or brought to the school before registration can be completed and the enrollment process can begin.
